Shipping Policy

Your order will be despatched on the same day if the product is in stock in our Belmont warehouse. If the product is not in stock a sales representative will advise by e-mail on estimated delivery time.

Delivery charges will be based on the delivery location, weight and dimensions of the product. Delivery charges will be advised during checkout on our online shop.

As we use a number of different shipping agents, delivery lead times may vary. Tracking numbers (wherever available) will be sent to the valid e-mail address provided at the time order.

We cannot guarantee exact delivery times. From time to time some delays may occur from our carriers, over which we have no control. In these sorts of circumstances, A.P.S. Rewinds & Sales will not be liable for any delays, expenses or damages incurred.

Customers must ensure that they enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
