Refund Policy

A.P.S. Rewinds & Sales will only refund payments if the order has not been despatched or if any incorrect product was sent out.

If an incorrect product was ordered or the customer simply changed their mind, A.P.S. Rewinds & Sales will not be liable and no refund will be made. In the event we agree to a refund, a restocking fee of 20% will be charged as long as the product is unused and in saleable condition. All shipping costs will be paid by the
customer.
