COVID-19 Company Message and Operation Information

During this time of unprecedented uncertainty, all of us here at A.P.S.Rewinds & Sales are concerned about the safety and well-being of our staff, families, customers and suppliers.

Our hearts are with those who have been affected personally by the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) as well as the many communities around the world that are facing extreme measures in the attempt to slow its spread.

We will be implementing the following measures in place for all our customers and suppliers:

Social distancing, maintaining the minimum 1.5m distance
Please place and pay for all orders via phone and/or email. All orders will be packed and kept ready for collection from the warehouse
Handshake free work environment
Increased cleaning regime
No signing of electronic delivery pads
Deliveries, please do not enter the front office. All deliveries to be placed in the allocated area outside the warehouse

We realize these are uncertain times as Australia and the world navigates this pandemic. We are fully committed to ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, customers and suppliers. This is our top priority in order to maintain the business continuity needed to provide the support and service to all our stakeholders.

Whilst visiting our premises we would ask that you follow the below steps to help us maintain a safe environment:

Cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing with your elbow or tissue
Maintaining a minimum of 1.5m of social distance
Avoid touching your nose, eyes or mouth
If possible, pay with card rather than cash

Please don’t enter our company premises (office and workshop) if:

You have been diagnosed with COVID-19.
You are currently experiencing any COVID-19/Cold or Flu like symptoms.
You have travelled outside of Australia within the last 14 days.
You have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19.
You are self-isolating.
